We want you to love your Mommy Bag.
If it’s not what you expected, you may be eligible for a return.


Return Window

-You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
-After 30 days from delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.


Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

-The item must be in good condition, without damage caused by misuse.
-Whenever possible, include all original accessories and packaging.
-We may request photos or short videos before approving the return.
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your Mommy Bag arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

-Take clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue.
-Email us at helpmommybag@outlook.com with your order number.

Our team will review your case and assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


How to Request a Return

Please include:

-Your full name
-Your order number
-A short explanation of the reason for the return
-Photos/videos if the item is damaged or defective

We will reply with the next steps and provide the return address if your request is approved.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

-If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
-Processing times vary by bank or payment provider, but refunds typically appear within a few business days after being issued.
